This plan is designed for clients who are looking for individualized meal plans complete with bi-weekly accountability sessions.  Your customized service kicks off with an initial 60 min discovery session that will guide your plans.  To ensure you stay on track, this package also includes 2 (20 Min) accountability check in sessions.   These sessions are a great opportunity for us to tweak your plans and address any questions or concerns. This plan includes 4 weeks worth of customized  meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, along with unlimited email support.

This plan is designed for clients looking for a full health and lifestyle overhaul. With this package you will receive all the elements of the Custom Accountability Package, plus an additional 2 (20 Min) accountability check in sessions for a total of 4 sessions.  Also, expect supplement recommendations based on your needs identified in your initial consultation or through your check-in sessions.

During this assessment we will work together to understand your wellness needs. I will provide an in depth evaluation related to your food intake, lifestyle and health history. My goal with this consultation is to gather as much information about you as possible so I can customize a nutrition plan to your unique needs.
